According to Pat Robertson, It’s Your Fault Your Husband Cheated on You

I can't watch the video right now, but from the text I think there needs to be a distinction between what the absolute just evaluation of the situation is and what the evaluation that is going to help the woman. Or put another way, there is a difference between "Should I forgive my cheating husband?" and "How do I forgive my cheating husband?" The woman has come out and said that she wants to forgive her husband and get on with her life. In that situation, going on about all the reasons why her husband is wrong and a bad person is not going to help her. Focusing on why she likes him and perhaps trying to justify his behavior is productive, even if it isn't fair. If you're made the decision that you want to work with someone, it's typically more productive to focus on what you did wrong, even if it pales in comparison to what they did wrong.

Not sure who this Pat character is but I agree with him.

Well you're in luck. He is all over TV and says things of this caliber with some frequency. Here's his official youtube channel so you can absorb all things PAT:

As an alleged knuckle dragging Troglodyte, I do not have any use for TV. YouTube is occassionally used but I have no reason to become Pats disciple.

Maybe I may put up a picture of him in my man cave to go along with the pictures of my other idols such as Tom Lykeis, Arnold Swatznegger, Bill Clinton, Howard Stern, etc

Maven(The)-

are you making a posit that the moral decay has been wearing down ol Pat Robertson, and his advice has changed over the years, as a result of this moral decay wearing him down?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I challenge you to not use the phrase "moral decay" for one week. I'll settle for one topic.

Is that what he was writing all this time? Perhaps it's just me with an untreated cavity and a slight case of dyslexia, but I keep thinking of molar decay...

What would Xenu do?

Not this time, not this topic.

If'n you come back on a PC, and study the user at post #1, the 'fluff' around the user name? Well, you could pick another topic anywhere, for your challenge.

Not this one, and not today.
