Hi all,

On this form I am putting just my annual income (I am not self-employed), but have a few questions:

1. Is this my annual income before taxes and before bonuses? Basically just my paycheck all summed for the year?

2. I left all fields blank like deposit, insurance, etc, because my annual income is above the poverty %.

My question is for the evidence, if I want to include a bank letter, do I need to fill in the part on I-134 where it asks for amount on deposit in savings or can I leave that blank and still give the bank letter?

I personally wrote it out as my gross income (what was on file for my tax returns that year).

However, my employment varification letter showed my annual income before taxes.

As for the bank, I filled it in on the form and used the letter as supporting evidence.
