I-751 waiver+ Is there any guide for it?

So I took a look to the guide for "removing conditions on permanent resident" but I don't see a guide for those who are applying I-751 waiver.

I want to know if besides providing all what the guide for the I-751 says do I have to provide other documents or fill out other forms besides the I-751 since in my case I will be divorced when I apply

Another thing. where I live i have to be separated for a year before i can file for divorce. Is it more safe to apply I-751 waiver right after my divorce is final or I can wait until the 90 day window? Thanks

I am not sure but I saw somewhere that it is either the date of divorce or 90 days before the GC expiry, whichever happens first. I hope someone gives a concrete information if not I will check and get back in a day or two.

It is recommended that you file for waiver as soon as you receive your final divorce papers if you get this before the 90 day window. See link below for instructions on filing.

If your divorce finalzed before the 90 days window, then file I-175 on your own behalf with waiver ASAP;

If your divorce is still pending by the I-175 filing deadline, still file it on your own behalf immediatly with waiver, notify your situation to immigration. It is not a big deal, you just need yo send them your divorce drcree after your divorce finalized.
