Hi everybody!!!

I sent AOS packet 10, may and IV packet 6, may by mail, do you know how long time i have to wait for my case is complete? Some advise? Or when can i start to call to NVC for know if my case is complete? Thank you.. :)

05/13/2013 Delivered AOS packet

05/22/2013 False Checklist IV packet

06/12/2013 reviewed new I-864 version but i got checklist cray5ol.gif

06/13/2013 i got email checklist

06/15/2013 checklist AOS delivered to NVC

06/19/2013 sent other checklist AOS because i looked that i make mistake and first checklist i sent

I sent my last packet on April 25, 2013 and sent the Supplemental Form on May 9. My case has not been completed yet. Hoping for soon!!

I-130 Sent: 7/31/2012

I-130 Approved: 3/14/2013

NVC Received: 4/3/2013

NVC Case# Assigned: 4/9/2013

NVC Case Completed: 5/21/2013

Left NVC 5/30/2013

Consular Received: 8/24/2013

Received P4 Instruction Sheet: 09/09/2013

Medical Exam: 09/23/2013

Interview Date:10/10/2013

Result: AP

10/18/2013: submitted requested documents through CITIC Bank

10/29/2013: Visa Issued - Approved

11/07/2013: Picked up passport and visa at Citibank

You could probably start calling now and seeing when the case is completed. It takes up to 20 business days (4 normal weeks) to be accepted but most see it within a week or two (10 business days, approx.) Don't bug them too much. They do record when you call.

It took exactly three (3) weeks before I got confirmation indicating that my sister's AOS and IV packets are complete. We are now just waiting for an interview appointment notice. Given the dates you have, I'd say you'll most likely here back before the end of the month.
