It's been almost 1 month since i've submited my ds-160 for a B2 visa and still no answer.

Did i miss a step?

What should someone do after printing the confirmation page you get at the end of the process? I've been just waiting for an answer from someone :\

I am ukrainian, living in italy and have selected Consulate of Florence for my interview.

I'm asking here because finding information on the internet in italian is impossible since italians don't really need a visa to go in the U.S. as turists :)

i'm not understanding some things:

1. the USD$160 tax must be payed before or after paying the $10/$15 for scheduling an appointment?

2. in the link you gave me there is no mention on this tax but in other places it is mentioned.

Since you filled out your DS-160 now go here http://usvisa-info.com/it-IT/selfservice/ss_country_welcome and pay the fee and then schedule an appointment.

Since you haven't applied for visa before you will have to create an account first. Follow the steps.

But what about the so called MRV Tax ($160 for B2)?

Do I have to pay it? And when?

Yes, you'll pay that tax/fee as well. Should be on the same web page as when booking an appointment for visa interview.

Did you try setting up an account and going through the steps?

http://usvisa-info.com/en-ba/selfservice/us_fee_payment_options >> this is for Bosnia appointment booking and they have details on how all is done. A bit surprised that Italian website doesn't have similar info. If you can't find info on payment I'd be emailing the Florence consulate for clarifications.

Yes for some reason that page you linked is not present on the Italian. It could mean that in Italy you don't have to pay it. I'll email to Florence I guess
