1/05/2009 Sent I-129F, G-325A + other documents as required. $455 fee
1/09/2009 NOA1 Petitioner received
4/30/2009 NOA2 Petitioner received (approved in 105 days from NOA1 3.5months)
6/08/2009 Packet 3 Petitioner received
6/20/2009 Packet 4 Petitioner received, mail everything from above forms & I-134 plus other doc as required for beneficiary
7/23/2009 Interview @ 7am, Interview passed- visa pick up July 31st

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

5/13/13 sent IR-5 for both parents

5/14/13 USCIS received the package

Any May IR-5?

Any update with your IR-5 application?

Mine still waiting for NOA2. It has been 203 and nothing!

IR5 DAD's Journey Total of 1 year from mailing out form I-130

(Jan 2013) to Visa in hand(Jan 2014).

02/02/2014: Paid $165 at ELIS site

03/06/2014: PORT-OF-Entry=Vancouver Canada

03/31/2014: USCIS Status Address Change

04/03/2014: Applied for SS

​04/03/2014: ELIS STATUS showed OPTIMIZED right away the day we applied for SS card.

04/07/2014: Green Card Production

04/09/2014: SS Card received.

4/10/2014: ELIS and USCIS status: GREEN CARD PRODUCED/SHIPPED

4/15/2014: GC arrived in the mail (yay!)

Mine still waiting for NOA2. It has been 203 and nothing!

We are still waiting for our NOA2, we filed February this year. It's almost 6 months now since NOA1, I've been checking everyday our case status. Even though, I know that I'll receive an email anyway once they have a decision :).

I am actually an april filler but in the same boat as many of you.

4/11/13 sent package express mail

4/16/13 package accepted and routed to NBC

4/19/13 received NOA1 in mail

Still waiting. I saw that another April filer has already got NOA2. I wonder what their process is for all this I dont get how someone that filed before another one is still waiting. Tried calling and got no where. At what point do you get the congressmen involved?

try to ask help to ur senator and congressman. just if they can locate your status..

Aw men, well there is one in January this year that is not yet approved, and my friend Cutie Patootie is in Feb. Hopefully things will move soon =)

That makes me feel a little bit better even though I feel for you with the wait. It just gets to me when I see someone move on with the process when I'm still waiting and their priority date is after mine. Just wish I knew what was going on I think that would make me feel better. I don't even know what I will do if it gets denied. We already lost s yesr when uscis lost all our paperwork first time around.
