Submitted my I-130 and supporting documents last month to the London Embassy. Also included a complete copy of the pack as recommened on this site

Received a letter last week saying i had submitted to I-130 and should only have submitted one. (they returned the copy)

Also that they had processed two credit card payments and that it would take 6 weeks to refund.

If you do send copies make sure it is very clear that they are copies and hopefully you will avoid this issue.

Where does the site recommend sending a copy?

Generally it is wise to make a copy and *keep it*, in case it is lost in the mail or for your own future reference. No point in sending them two copies at once.

I just sent in my I-130 package to Frankfurt, and the copy is for YOU, not for them. I thought that was pretty obvious in the instructions. Oh well! At least they are refunding you now.

I assume you misread. Can you link to the guide you used so someone can double check and correct the mistake if it's on there?
