Hey guys...

so im having a hard time filling up the new edition of the I 864...

On part 6, item 6 Annual Household income... it says that I need to put what I wrote on Item 5 on Item 6c...

So I have to write the petitioner's name again? what do I put for relationship?

I thought that that part will only be filled up if I need to add additional household income, which I don't cause I'm about the poverty guidelines...

help please :]

thanks

On page 5 is that the one you are looking at?

If it is, its asking you about using income from other people counted in your house hold size. You would list the persons name their relationship and that persons income.

If you are not using other peoples income you would not use that section.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Oh okay... so basically it means that I should only put my individual income on part 6c if I intend to include other household income?

yes it is page 5 in the instructions...

This new form is not a good form. I think they made it specifically to confuse people lol.

For part 6 question 10. You list your total current annual income.

You wouldn't fill in anything from 6a to 9c. All those spaces are for people you are adding incomes of to your income.

Hope that explanation makes sense.

If you make enough just use yours income, you don't need any other names unlesss they are used to support your income, see the example - 1 person.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
