Unfair random approvals. What is wrong with you CSC people?

I've seen a lot of approvals from CSC this past few days and noticed that they are starting to approved January filers. I just don't think that it is right to approved those who just filed this year and forget the filed petitions from last year. A lot of people are still waiting, some waited to 7-9 months to get approvals. That is just unfair.

tell me about it. i am happy for everyone that already got approved but i wish they'd look at our files this time (July filer). its been almost 10 months and we are still waiting aimlessly without a clue.

That is just a plain bullsh*t, first come first serve policy only applies in Mcdonalds and in any other fast food chains.

The process at CSC has become unfair and very painful with the frustration and lies.I am waiting for 9months 17days and no rfe and no noa2 for me to move on to the next level..I have been here first and seeing people get approved and am still waiting

I think because so little is actually known about the actual process for each case, it may not actually be "unfair". It may be that certain cases require more work(even if you know it doesnt, they don't know you, and have to follow their own protocols whatever they might be).

I think its a really crappy position to be in, but I think it may just look unfair. Super irritating and hard on people that want to be together(believe me I get it!). All that aside, we only get to see the timeline, not what goes on behind the scenes or why.

I been waiting for 9 months already and still waiting for the approval.I got RFE last April 19 and it change to Reponse Review last May 6, but until now we are still waitng :-(

some January filer approve already which is very unfair for the the last year filer.

They are working on january and 2012 at the same time. They wont be able to get caught up and meet their 5 month goal if they just stay in 2012, so they have to work on both.

I agree about they are doing both to keep the goal....and maybe its true some cases need more work....I'm feb filer, really wasnt expecting to see feb approved....anyway...I think the noa2 comes in the right time...

I wish everyone lucky ..I know its hard and dont jugde those are waiting for few months its not our fault if we get approved and remember that maybe most of them are a long time without their loved ones....

Yes I did, I responded within 30 min and they received it on 4/29 but nothin since
