I went to check the website like I do every day, more for processing time updates than approval, since my NOA 1 was February 6th 2013. I was so shocked when I saw "Post Decision Activity" May 15th We were approved!! I know there are so many who have been waiting a long time. I wish you luck. Thanks for all the help. I did this myself with no attorney. Just followed what I found on the site. I am caught so off guard, I don't even know what to do next....just sitting here in shock.

Congratulations.

I can't bring myself to put an exclamation mark because the insane chaotic unfair behavior of the officials at CSC, skipping completely over huge numbers of November, October, September and earlier filers who have been waiting 6 to 9 months, in order to keep the CSC "average" lower ... is making me want to destroy something.

But I do offer my utmost congratulations to you and hope that the rest of your journey goes smoothly.

K-1 Visa: I-129F filed November 6, 2012, NOA2 May 17, 2013, Interview and Approval July 24, 2013

POE San Diego, September 13, 2013, Wedding October 25, 2013

AOS filed November 19, 2013, EAD/AP received January 30, 2014, interview and AOS Approval on February 27, 2014.

ROC filed December 3, 2015, NOA1 12/4/15, Biometrics 12/31/15, ROC Approval on June 16, 2016, 10-Year Green Card received June 22, 2016.

N400 filed September 14, 2023, same day acceptance and Biometric Reuse notice, Interview on 2/13/24: Passed and same day oath. ALL DONE WITH USCIS.

No RFE at any stage, thanks to VisaJourney!

2023 September 14: same day acceptance notice and "Biometrics Reuse" notice

2023 December 28: notice of interview scheduled for February 13, 2024

2024 February 13: naturalization interview (five-year rule) passed, same day oath - now a US Citizen and done with USCIS!

I couldnt believe when I saw I'm also feb 06th......

They are really strange but in right time everyone will get the NOA2.

Hope mine be next ^^

And more than 10 approvals here on vj its a big thing...I think till july everyone from past year till feb will get the noa2...

Jun 07th 2013 - NVC Received (14 days after NOA2)

Jun 13th 2013 - Consulate Received (3 days after RDJ)

CONGRATS!!!!!

I filed later, and so I know I'm in for a long wait, but I would sell my soul to have an NOA2 next month. For a variety of reasons, including, work and and moving costs and not having to move in the middle of a canadian winter. That would be swell. wink.png

Congratulations....although I still expect mine around August (and won't be shocked if it's as late as October) it does put a smile on my face to see a filer so close to my date get approved. Even though there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the order, at least CSC is moving and I think over the next few months, things should settle in and be back to "normal" again.
