I am the petitioner and I recently graduated last March 2012 in the Philippines. I started to work here in the US last Nov.2012 thru an agency until the client hired me full time last April 15, 2013. And my annual income would be $32,240. My fiance would be travelling with our 2 daughters.

I think my income is enough for the 4 of us. Will the CO think its enough eventhough I just started working and have no ITR? or do I still a co-sponsor? my Mother is willing but I have read that Manila is strict w/ co-sponsor in K1 visa. thanks

well I have ITR but its not a complete year. just from Nov-Dec 2012. and my salary back then when I was in the agency was way smaller.

Your income is enough, but recently we have had several cases on here where they rejected a very recent new job for Affadavit of support purposes.

My suggestion would be to go in with as much proof as you can (paystubs, letter from employer, bank statement), and have the co-sponsor document ready to show them if they seem inclined to deny.

that's what I thought. what kind of supporting document would I require from my co-sponsor? thanks.

Same as yours (tax docs, paystubs etc), plus proof they are a US citizen (passport copy).

i mean I-134 or i-864?

Different procedures and requirements for different consulates.Typically it is the I-134 for both, but it seems Manila will be more likely to accept a co-sponsor if the I-864 is used by them since the I-134 is not a legally binding contract and the I-864 is.
