You don't have to have a job or be employed. Having an eBay store is like a business, so it's actually a job :)

It's not like the AOS stage where the USCIS wants to know exactly every penny you own before they let you bring a person over here. So much for the poor bringing the poor here like that Statue of Liberty says for the Land of Opportunity.

If applying for marriage, seem to forget all that evidence you had to submit for the AOS and ROC stages, want exactly that same evididense again.

Can the FBI really solve 80 year old cases with finger prints using the dust method. So why can they store electronically obtained finger prints for three years? 240 bucks and 1,350 miles of driving for the same set of finger prints over that three year period.

Biometrics are done to make sure it's the right person applying for an immigration benefit. It's been known for legal residents to return to their own country and allow a family member to take on their identity. Fingerprinting prevents that.

Can see that for an identical twin, since each time their photos were also taken along with their prints. Ha, are prints also identical for identical twins? Guess I didn't think about this, just thought about all of that extra driving and time off from work.

having an ebay store is NOT 'working for ebay' - you are not an employee for eBay.

OTOH, this is considered a business, YOUR business - so if your business paperwork is in order with the county and state, you should be fine when the IO asks for your 'business papers' .

the store its not so big,so I didnt had to get the federal tax id no yet...its at the begging ,so there r many restrictions...I can sale just a few items!!!so Ill just have the ebay acct with the name of the store...
