My grandmother petition my mom and aunt and they got approved already after 15 years.and the next step is filing affidavit of support 1864.my question is my grandmother has no income and never work in US But she only gets help in SSI everymonth. And never filed income tax becouse its very low income. Does she still need to fill up the affidavit of support without the income return. What income she will use,?Please help me!! ????

Grandmom will be the primary sponsor even if she has not a penny in income. She will need to send a detailed letter along with the I-864 explaining why she was not required to file a tax return. A co-sponsor will be required which can be any US citizen or LPR living in the US.
