Im November Filer and always, I was call at Uscis it is a Answer Machine, but now Iwas call and when the message said, if you move or change your addres, need to talk with one representative, take alternative # 3, and fast one tier, talking to you, so Believe, just try again.

I am Oct filer still no NOA2, its frustrating. I called USCIS numerous times, they have the same response since past month and a half, this is fu**** insane.

I think we all have to put pressure on them to speed things up. No one asked them to say the processing time is 5months, so until they change the processing time, those who are beyond the 5momths processing time should keep calling them. I will be calling them first thing Monday because my NOA-1 was december 17, 2012. It is very annoying

My request was for out of processing time. For a quick way to talk to a rep is when you call.press nothing until you get a representative.

I just called USCIS & the Tier 1 said they are working on October 1st. She refused to acknowledge that it says 5 months online. I'm on hold for a Tier 2 now. Has this happen to anyone else?!

Thats not true! I am October 23 NOA1 date, and they are processing my case. I got an RFE though but they are past that as other mentioned they havent updated anything.

I've called three times (1 800-375-5283) and I got an answering machine. How do I get in touch with a Tier 1? All the answering machine said was "please enter your receipt number" and when I did it says, "you did not enter enough numbers". So I just hung up. I'm so confused.

I called them today and spoke to Tier 1, after 15 minutes of wait. When you call the 800 number I touch the number 2 which is the one when you do not have the receipt number at hand or you lost. Of course I had, but when I touch the 2 I spoke to them, then they connect me to Tier 1, the immigration officer.
