Hello all,

I had got an RFE for K1 petition, as I had forgotten to check mark I-129 F Part C Q. 2 for any convictions.

I received letter (I-797) from USCIS stating the same, and wanted to know if I need to fill out the same letter ( I-797 )with the signature or

I need to fill out 3rd page of I-129F Part C again.

Also can you tell me the best way to mail the response back to USCIS.

Kindly reply if you have idea.

Thanks in advance.

you need to send the one they send you...you don't need to print another one. I had this same RFE for my hubby K1 stage. I forgot to check mark "NO". make sure to make copy of the blue paper together with the page 3 that they send you.

I send mine thru USPS overnight with signature waiver due to PO box address.

goodluck!!

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

Thanks for the quick replies.

So I only send the 3 pages of blue letter they sent me.? And make a copy of it for reference.

And just to be sure, do I write NO in the blank space or tick mark that.?

you just need to put check "NO" inside that small square box.

yes copy everything they send u and keep a copy for your record.

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!
