Maybe I'm just getting impatient. On 6 Nov 06, I e-mailed the consulate asking about the interview date. (they had the request for interview for approximately 2 weeks) They replied stating that it was scheduled for 2 Jan 07 and the letter would be mailed to my fiancee that week. As of 20 Nov, she had not received it. I e-mailed them again (20 Nov) and am now wating for a response. Has this happened to anyone else? I checked the interview schedule and Dec (much less Jan) is not posted. How long should I wait before following up?

06-01-2006 received 3 e-mails notifying of transfer to CSC

06-14-2006 3 e-mails from CSC stating application had been received for processing

07-03-2006 2 e-mails from CSC saying RFE mailed 06-23-2006

07-03-2006 Received RFE (IMBRA). Returned by Express mail the same day

Hi Andreia and Chris,

I am waiting mine since 11/07!! I have read about it happened before and people getting the letter by email. Also, I have a friend that will have her interview same day as your fiance(e) and she did get hers yet too.

It's quite common for these to be undelivered. Call the consulate if you don't get it after 3-4 weeks and tell them it hasn't been received.

At least we know that it is not uncommon to have this happen. I'll wait and see if it arrives. Thanks!
