Cover sheets for electronic processing

I am putting together my packages to be emailed for AOS and DS-260 but am unclear as to what goes as the first page of the pdf. Saylin says it is the Document Cover Sheet but the screen print shows it as the receipt. It makes more sense emailing it as the receipt information.

Take a look at the bottom of that page. See on the left the Print Document Cover Sheet & the right Email Document Cover Sheet? That's the cover sheet.

The first page of each package should be the 'document cover sheet' (aka bar-coded cover sheet here on VJ). The screenshot you linked to is just a screenshot of what the payment portal looks like, not what the document cover sheet looks like.
