Hello there people i have checked this website for a little while now and well it has helped me a bunch, now my wife has filed for me under the K1 visa and On March 26, 2013, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. . now i was rwondering how long it will take for us to get the I-129F NOA2?

i hope i can get some advice and well thank you in advance

Welcome to the forum.

Are you talking about the correct visa? K-1 visa is a fiancee visa, your WIFE should not file a I-129F fiancee visa petition if you are already married. Please clarify.

thank you for the welcome, and well i guess i miss read but i got the I-130 like i stated before and what should i do now? just wait for a replay from INS? i read that the form I-129F was the next form that i was going to receive after the I-130. ive married my wife back in January and we have been together since 04 but until now we are filing.

INS hasn't existed since 2003; USCIS is the agency you are waiting on. An I-129F is not needed now.

hello there V.J.people we just got a letter from

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement asking for my pictures and the divorce decree from my wife, i dont

know if this is good news but we have sent the pictures and the divorce decree, should it be long before we can hear from ICE?? oh yeah and my case got moved to the California Office from the Texas office, is that good?

I doubt you received a letter from ICE since ICE doesn't deal with visa petitions. It sounds like you received an RFE from USCIS which must be responded to by the stated deadline.

It's good if you're hearing anything; a lot of us aren't. You say you have responded to the request for information, that's good too. Seems like they're processing your application, and things will move ahead for you once they've received the things you sent. Have you checked on the uscis website? It should tell you where they are in the processing.
