Its our mistake not to file our son at the same time when we file for their change in status for my wife, secondly we thought the uscis officer who interview us knows what they're talking about, the truth is rules are rules.

Anyhow my question is who sign I-751 when he is only 6 years old? Is it the mother or me step-dad?

Second question is, what kind of evidence do we need to provide?

When we file for my wife removal of condition, we attached all his school records, homework we both sign on a daily logs showing our commitment to his education but his application got denied because of their green cards has about almost 1 year apart expiration date, so they return the biometric fees and saying that we have to file seperate I-751. I want to get ahead and wanted to prepare ealy.

Any help are grealy apreciated.
