Hello, I have a question about Affidavit of Support forms and would be grateful if anyone can answer it.

My situation is like that:

1.) We already got NOA2 and NVC.

2.) Last year a graduated from a University. This year I started my own business (so I'm self-employed) and I make about 15000 a year (at this moment) but I get paid in cash (so I don't have tax forms for last year or pay stubs). At the same time, I'm attending interviews and I'll probably get hired this month, but I can't wait and have to fill out Affidavits right now.

3.) My dad agreed to be sponsor. He makes about 35000 (with wife and younger son as dependents).

Questions:

Which forms should I fill out and what documentation should I include to support my numbers for self-employed who started business and gets paid in cash (tutoring)? For my business I can only give them bank statements and business license at this moment.

Should I fill out I-134 and my dad i-864? Or should we both do i-864?

Thx in advance.
