I think it might be a mistake too. I got interview letter for AOS and with that paper (same page) there are some checklists for document that need to be brought. No neutralization or nothing. plus you

5/30/2013-Received NOAx3 hardcopies in mail +biometrics appointment letter for 6/14-(Successful walk in biometrics on 5/31/2013)

6/17/2013: I-485 Case Status updated to Testing & Interview (In queue for interview scheduling)

7/9/2013 EAD/AP Approved. Email received- Card production ordered.

7/10/2013. NOA received-Interview set for August 13th.

7/15/2013. EAD/AP Card was mailed.

I had a successful walk-in also. The office hours is 9-4. I went in at 3.40 and was the last one of the day. Less than 10 mins. The officer said that they usually can't accept walk-in more than 20 days before appointment. But I begged him. Mine was 21 days before. Chatsworth office.

Hi!

A case number is structured like this: AAA-XX-YYY-Z-MMMM. The first 3 letters indicate the USCIS service center for your case.

SRC - Texas Service Center (TSC, formerly Southern Regional Center)

LIN - Nebraska Service Center (NSC, Lincoln, NE)

WAC - California Service Center (CSC, formerly Western Adjudication Center)

EAC - Vermont Service Center (VSC, formerly Eastern Adjudication Center)

MSC - Missouri Service Center (MSC, transitioned to NBC)

NBC - National Benefits Center

The next two numbers "XX" indicate the fiscal year of USCIS, from October 1 to September 30. Cases filed from 10/01/2012 to 09/30/2013 will have XX = 13. The next three numbers "YYY" show the working day of the fiscal year when your case is received. 10/01 = 001.

The next number "Z" is part of a serial number but may have certain meanings for USCIS internal use. The last four digits "MMMM" are a serial number assigned to your case based on the number of cases received, starting from 0001

07/19/2013......On July 19, 2013 we ordered production of your new card.i765 \ July 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131

07/30/2013 ......Recieved EAD in mail. nothing else.

08/08/2013 ......Recieved k2 interview for sept 6........what? he is 8.

09/10/2013 ......On September 10, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Case changed to "Testing and Interview" 6/20 ....

I guess the Interview will be before EAP ... MY LUCK !?!

  • 06/20 (day 46) - STATUS CHANGES TO TESTING AND INTERVIEW
