i've been arguing that tm was walking home from the store and he was pursued and killed for 'looking suspicious'. i don't know if tm beat the sh*t out of gz prior to getting shot or even if tm was the one to throw the first punch. that doesn't matter to me. gz had no business pursuing or confronting tm. end of story.

I don't have a problem with the self defense claim, my problem is TM as the aggressor.

How do you know TM was not the aggressor, as mentioned in other post GZ could have been walking back to his car and he was attacked from behind – that could be possibility.

Okay, explain something to me. How could TM be the aggressor in this case? That's what baffles me when folks say he assaulted GZ. He was walking home minding his own business. In order for there to be aggression, there needs to be a confrontation, which happened how? Oh, that's right, GZ got out of his car and chased him on foot. Why can't anyone see this dude might have been scared and attacked out of pure fear? He was being chased by a grown man for no reason other than he looked suspicious.

who initiated the confrontation - we don't know, do we?

also - i've yet to see any news story that gz chased him. maybe followed, but not chased.
