We've been waiting for our RFE hardcopy for 20 days now, is this normal?? We received our 1st email notice on April 24, 2013, 2nd email notice was on April 29, 2013 and 3rd email/text notice was on May 9, 2013 (saying we have an RFE on April 24 again, LOL!). Anyone experiencing the same situation like ours?? crying.gifsad.pngsad.pngsad.png

no0pb.gif why wait if it doesn't seems to be normal anymore.not unless they are sending it here through philpost (which is impossible). 5 days is normal.. 10 days is fine but 20 days is not... you're almost waiting for 7months now then the rfe is also delayed? there's something wrong there huh..protest6wz.gif I hope your fiance receives it in few days sis.

We have been waiting for 13 days now.. and when i logged onto the USCIS website yesterday, everything on the account was wiped away.. so I don't even know where i sit with our case anymore. It doesn't show a RFE anymore, it doesn't show initial review, it doesn't show accepted.. it is just blank-and that USCIS has no information on our case currently. SOO depressing. When my fiance called them yesterday.. the officer said to take a RFE with a grain of salt. Sometimes they issue them and then cancel them without even sending. WHO knows! Good luck. Thinking about you!

Same thing happened to my friend Anne, she has an RFE also dated may 9, but later today when she checked her status online everything went blank so she's worried like you. I hope USCIS will work on their website ASAP, don't worry the Lord is with us, just have a little faith smile.png. I cried 4x today cos of frustration, but all is well now. My fiance is my strength, I just hope to be with him soooooooon! Don't worry too much, check your status tomorrow and see if your case has return. I will also ask my fiance to call our lawyer and the USCIS for the updates, I hope they will give us good news and not be rude about it. This whole process and waiting is really heart breaking, I've waited my share..I just wanna be with my man. SIGH!

Well, good luck to all of us who are still waiting for nothingrolleyes.gif

*** Thread moved from K-1 Process forum to the Case Progress subforum. ***

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
