I filed my I-129f in February and I am currently preparing for the next step once the petition is approved and have a question regarding the I-134.

My 2012 W2 States I made $22,400 as well as I have 2 1099-K's which combined total $4,900 and about $5k in my checking account which should be around $9k+ by the time the visa interview comes around. I'm 22 and my fiance is 19 and from what I understand the Federal Poverty Guideline for a household of 2 is $15,500. From what I recall I'm not sure sure if my 2011 income met the poverty guidelines, this part year and a half I have stopped going to college temporarily so she can come here. (I have requested a copy of my previous 3 years tax returns from the IRS). I have a sales job where I am paid hourly plus commission.

Will I be okay with this going forward to the interview with only one year of W2's and bank records ? I see several places that only the last year really was important which would be 2012 which exceeds the 125% requirements, The Embassy she will be doing her interview at will be in Kiev, Ukraine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
