Ok...2 things. My fiance has paid the $240.00 at BPI for the visa. I have the BPI receipt number, but still can't make the appointment. The ustraveldocs website says, in big red banner, that number was not recognized. She made the payment on Friday afternoon. I realize it was the weekend, but it's Tuesday there now. What gives? I've emailed BPI twice now...waiting to hear back. Any advice?

Secondly, do we pay for the medical through BPI as well?

Any quick feedback would be great!!

Yesterday (Monday) was a holiday because of the elections. They are processing all Friday transactions today (Tuesday).

The medical fee is paid in pesos at St Luke's Extension Clinic on the day of the medical exam.

I'm having trouble scheduling the interview online! I created a user name, profile, and it keeps booting me to the travel.state.gov site, or the option to actually schedule disappears. . . . not very user friendly!
