as of may 13, 2013 my husband status online is under testing and interview dancin5hr.gif (about 2wks of sending his RFE..april 30)

Your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS is now ready for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance

how long usually to get that hardcopy for the interview? (I know it mention within 30 days) but based on Vjer's experience how long it usually it takes to get that date?

and getting the approval of his EAD/AP?

I sent mine in on the 30th too congrats on the status update. Getting the interview letter depends on available slot at ur local office, some move fast, others like nyc are like molasses. Good luck.

Ap/EAD at this point is not dependent on I485 approval so u just have to keep checking :))

oh wow. what's your RFE? did your status online change yet? USCIS got my reply for RFE on may 1, then the ff day my hubby status online is under RFE response review. now its under testing and interview...I've been checking all day today I guess they usually update status after 6pm..just like my RFE on K1 stage.

hopefully we will have his EAD/AP approval pretty soon.

RFE was for medical. No status change other than response review dated April 30th, Just checked no change...
