Hi, I'm on a student visa (F-1) and here legally. We have been dating for 4 years now. Our wedding date is set at 8-3-13. and I am supposed to graduate in december. I was thinking i would get married at the court early and then have ceremony in August so that I will have all my paper work submitted before school starts. Do you guys think this is a good idea or not? (There is no way i can make the ceremony earlier just FYI).. I am new to this website and it seems like a great website to get a lot of information. Thank you so much reading ! I also live in Texas. (I checked timeline for TX and it was around 4 months...)

Moved from adjustment from family based visas to adjustment from Student work tourist visas. As the OP entered on a student visa not a family based visa.
