anybody apply visa in mumbai consulate?

Hi there, is anybody here who, apply their visa application in mumbai consulate, would help me what kind form they sent to apply to visa at mumbai and document require to sent with the form, whats form names?

please if anybody doing packet 3 process, help me out

P.S. can we download form from mumbai consulate website, filled them and sent it in, before packet 3 arrives or we have to wait for those packet 3 to come and then file for visa?

Here is another link for Packet 3 & 4 http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/ivforms.html.

I e-mailed the consulate after the NVC had told me our application had been forwarded to Mumbai. They sent me an e-mail the next day stating they had received our file and had sent Packet 3 to my fiance. Unfortunately they sent a completely INCORRECT Packet 3. We both e-mailed them about this and they gave me the link noted above. Generally they said to just use the link and in my last e-mail where they stated my fiance's interview date they also gave the link for Packet 4. Although I do not think I would just download the stuff and send it unless I have received some kind of confirmation from the consulate stating they have received my file.
