Hello everyone,
I am about to send my i-128 package to the dallas lockbox. I have worked on this package for over a month now, getting everything together and reading everything on this website. Below is a list of what I have in my package, it would be a great help to me if you can review what I have and let me know if everything is okay or if I missed everything. Everything listed below is in order in my package. To separate each group of documents from the other, I used paperclips to separate them. All documents will be placed in an envelope, and the envelope placed in a bubble envelope. Here are the contents of the package:
  1. Cover letter (signed and dated)
  2. G-1145
  3. Personal check for the amount of $340
  4. I-129F
  5. I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person (signed and dated)
  6. I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 19, explanation of meeting in person (signed and dated)
  7. G-325A of me the petitioner
  8. Passport style photo of me in a labelled plastic bag, paper clipped to a blank peice of paper
  9. G-325A of my fiance the Beneficiary
  10. Passport style photo of her in a labelled plastic bag, paper clipped to a blank peice of paper
  11. US Naturalization certificate - front and back of me the petitioner
  12. Letters certifying intent to marry from both me and my fiance (signed and dated)
  13. Proof of having met in person in the past two years
    1. I don't have my boarding pass anymore, so I included a complete copy of my passport with a sticky note that highlights the stamp when I visited my fiance in Japan
    2. Boarding pass of my fiance who visited me in the US
    3. Travel itineraries for both me and my fiance
    4. 18 photos of me and my fiance in the US and Japan. All photos labelled on the back with date and location
  14. Proof of ongoing relationship
    1. One page of call history for facetime
    2. 4 pages of call history for Skype
    3. 8 pages of call and chat history for Oovoo
    4. 10 pages of video messages that we uploaded to youtube. Over the past year, we recorded video messages for each other and uploaded them to our own private youtube channel. So I printed out screen captures of our videos listed on our channel.
    5. 1 page of Google Talk history
    6. 4 Emails

The package will be mailed to:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation.

Thank you :-)

Oops, sorry I meant i-129 :-)

Is the birth certificate also required? On the step by step guide:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

On number 11, it states birth certificate, or passport or US citizen/naturalization certificate. I am already including US citizen certificate and passport.

The naturalization certificate and passport is enough.
