ROC DIVORCE WAIVER APPROVED

Hello everyone! I've been following VJ for years. I got my approval letter Saturday. I filled Roc with divorce waiver

and i got approved with no RFE and no Interview, it took 11 months. Goodluck to those waiting for a decision.

I had a lot of evidence

-tax returns for 2009,2010 and 2011 both filled married but separate.

-4 credit cards ex wife as an authorized user and we were using them.

-joint lease for 2009 and 2010

-2 joint checking accounts used to deposit money in them to pay the credit cards n other bills.

-joint electric and cable bills

-joint health insurance

-joint renters insurance

-affidavit from ex wife, n her mom

-affidavit from my parents

--joint car insurance and joint car registration

-driver licence showing same address

I used a lawyer but i could have done it by myself but i didnt wana take a chance.

I got my 2 yr green card in June 2010.Divorce was granted in May 2012. Sent roc in June 15 2012. First NOA on June 16. Biometrics July 23 2013. Approval letter for 10 year greencard on May 11 2013.

I will like to know more because i'm getting a divorce from my wife and i will be filing ROC with waiver

My wife and i dont stay in the same state because i school in texas but i do visit her every month untill our marriage crashed.

I was suppose to move down to maimi but she sent me packing. In december she attempted sucide and i called the cops.

Also she got pregnant for another man and aborted it, (she was also cheating) All this i have evidence to show

The following are the list of Documents that i have

Joint Auto Insurance

we had a lease in our name but she has refused to give me

She is the beneficiary of my 401k

Life insurance as her as the beneficiary

Flight tickets to miami

Receipt of gifts like floweres,

SMS backup during the whole relationship

Police report to show sucide attempt.

Bank Accounts in our name but has been closed but i have statements

Tax filing together for 2011, 2012 married but seperate

Phone recordings of her admitting to cheating and getting pregnant

Her best friend and her husband are willing to give me affidavit

Birthday cards from her

Letter of refrence from a councellor

When i was served the divorce papers i responded to the suit stating all the issues i had in the marriage like she is mentally unstable and has attempted sucide once and i dont feel safe with her anymore. she keeps threatning to attemp sucide.

My GC was filed in Miami but im in texas now and will be filing a change of address first and ROC after

What are my chances and do i need a lawyer

I'm really worried because the marriage has really stressed me

Hello Kennyos! Don't stress about nothing man! everything will be okay, continue living your life. Did you have health insurance together,For how long have you had your 2 year green card before you got divorced? Can your ex wife, her parents, any family member of hers write you an affidavit? go to the leasing office or call them and ask them to give you a copy of the lease from since when your name was on the lease until when you moved out. Remember don't stress when you stress you never think straight.
