Hi All, I need some advice on Removal of condition while we don't have joint tax return.

Here is a long story short.

- Married April 2011, Applied AOS in MAY 201 and got interview on Aug 24, 2011 No decision made.(The IO have a bad reputation and all the attorney's know, he holds the cases without any reason)

- In May 2012 got a letter after somany info pass and SR that to submit waiver without any reason mentioned.

- Submitted waiver in June and got 2 yr conditional GC on Sept 10, 2012

- So far we have no problems, I visited my home country also. Next year we have to file a removal condition and I want to prepare from now. ( Collecting any evidence)

- We have joint bank account and using well, Have a certificate of deposit from (deposited on Christmas 2012) and my wife as a nominee, Have a life insurance taken in Nov 2012 and one is June 2006 added wife as a benificiary.

- Cable bill, Cell phone bills on both of names, Joint lease.

The problem is she is not working and she got injured in an accident and she is getting diablity and she don't want to file tax. I forced her and she don't wanna do it and I can't force her beyond my limits. We argu and she said I can go ahead and take a divorce, other wise she is fine. Keep in mind I am the beneficiary.

I am filling my taxes as married filling seperately (on the tax papers I have her name and ssn).

Can you guys please advise, is this work or any thing else I need.

Thanks in advance.
