K-1 Visa Peitition Expedite Question

Hi all, alexndillon2125 here. My fiance (the US Citizen) filed our k-1 petition in April at Vermont, therefore we are April filers .. my fiance and I met online in September 2012 and he flew here to the UK in Jan 13. He proposed on Valentines Day and we sent our package I-129F package out in early April. He shipped out to Fort Benning for Infantry Training at Boot Camp for the U.S Army on 30th April and is due to graduate in August (I'll be flying out late July to stay with his family). It is possible he will be deploying a month or so after graduation, so my question is, would we be able to expedite for military reasons around August time incase he gets deployed? Or would they need valid proof of his deployment? Also.. I am due to have an operation on my left shoulder in June/July time where I will have a few screws and ligament and muscle repairs done... would this class as another good reason for medical expedition? I understand its hard for everybody being away from their partners for so long during this gruesome wait for approval, but think, some of you guys can skype/phone/email each other during the process, whereas we can only once a week and have no phone calls during bootcamp! Good luck to everybody waiting approval and lets all hope for a speedy process!!

you can always try to expedite, doing so will not negatively impact your petiion timing if you are denied

typically, when asking for a military expedite, a copy of deployment orders is required

as for a medical expedite, that is generally granted in EXTREME cases, although your surgery sounds major it does not sound life threatening

Also it is very helpful to everyone on this site, will provide you with an estimated NOA2 timeframe (for me it was quite accurate it was off by a week) and help people when giving you advice to understand where in the process you are
