Shariah islam divorce

I just want to ask,.I am a Filipina married in Islam rights, but I was divorced through Islam court known as Shariah, I have all the documents that shows I am divorced, an authenticated NSO decree of divorce, Certificate of Divorce, The finality of Divorce and annotated marriage contract from NSO also... Will the US? Consul accept my papers? Or will my I be denied of Fiancé visa?

I think if the country where you have shariah marriage recognized that as a legal merriage and you have Divorce degree issued by the legitimate court, you will have no trouble with fiancé visa

You won't have any problem with the consular officer. The U.S. will recognize your divorce.

There's a chance the USCIS will want to see your divorce papers before they approve your fiancé's petition. If so, they'll send him an RFE. But it won't be a problem.
