Ok, now we are married. She has her social security card. We almost complete assembling to send the AoS. But I came and stumble on the I-693. She had her oversea medical done in Toronto in November a week before her interview for the visa. Currently I do not have any documents that proof her medical was done. I am assuming it was in the brown envelope that was sealed. How do I go about filing the AoS without getting RFE(medical)

Did your fiancee get a copy of the DS-3025 from Dr. Seiden's office? I remember when they sent me all the stuff to take to the Consulate they also gave me a copy of my Xray and the Ds-3025. If you still have that what you need to do is go to a Civil Surgeon to get your DS-3025 transcribe to the I-693. I ended up going to the CS and they needed to do an antibody test because I had no proof of having my 2 series' of MMR. I would go and get the transciption. There is another post about CS and the charge for transcription. If you are in the Vermont area, I would suggest Vivian Esparza, 20 Ferguson Ave, Burlington, VT. She charges $50 for transcription.

Blessings

Chris

I dont believe she got one from Dr.Seiden's office. I am also reading that if you had your medical done within a 12month period before you file for AoS, you dont need to transcribe to I-693. Is all these information correct. I really dont want to pay $1 even though she did a medical and pay almost $300 for it.

If you have had a medical done within one year you do not need another medical. Although you do not need another medical, you do need to have the immunizations transcribed to a I-693. Does your wife have the records from Canada of all the immunizations that she has had? If so I would take that to a CS (Civil Surgeon) and have them transcribe it especially if you do not have the DS-3025. It know you do not want to spend anymore money, but if you do not have a DS-3025 they may request for more evidence.
