I see a whole lot of reading and not a lot of typing going on!!! :ranting:

Sorry, I'm home for lunch and eating fresh corn on the cob that I bought at the produce stand last weekend. Even with nothing on it but black pepper it still is messy. Now my keyboard is sticky. (no comments here Charles!)

I just finished running my regressions for my economics project and all of the factors that mattered came up significant so my model is beyootiful :D Now that this is done I just have a couple more papers to read, then write my paper, and this class is finished. I wish Spanish class was that easy. We still have one more test and a script to memorize and perform for our final exam.

MHandMB - I'll have to mention that sale to my sister. She does Black Friday shopping and might just be willing to drive to South Carolina to get the tax free deals. Thanks for mentioning it.

We don't have any snow here, but it's raining and that's very cold.

My sons drove to their dad's last night so Abdel and I have the house alone for a few days - yippee! He misses them because he's used to a big family, but I enjoy the peace and quiet.

Well I better get back to work. Ya'll have a good afternoon. I'll try to peep in occasionally to see how things are going.

Liz

HONOLULU - President Bush denounced Tuesday's assassination of a Lebanese leader, saying that Syria and Iran are trying to undermine the democratically elected government of Prime Minister Fuad Saniora.

"We support the Saniora government and its democracy and we support the Lebanese people's desire to live in peace," Bush said after having breakfast with U.S. troops stationed here. "And we support their efforts to defend their democracy against attempts by Syria, Iran and allies to foment instability and violence in that important country."

Bush stopped short of specifically blaming Iran or Syria, calling for a full investigation to identify "those people and those forces" behind the killing.

a sad day i agree. seems like lebanon can't keep decent politicians (hariri comes to mind here too) due to outside meddling.

Good morning everyone! Busy busy busy day today! I have a lot of things to do, but I can't figure out the order in which to do them. I think I'll do the hard stuff first then finish with the easy stuff.

So I thought I would share something that I realized. Well two weeks ago, I went to Khols and bought 4 shirts. Two were the sweater/collar shirts, and the other two were turtleneck sweaters. So I am now wearing a turtleneck and I just realized that I don't like turtlenecks. I don't like how high they go up in the neck, so I folded it down. Then, I realized that it made me feel like I can't breathe very well.(one of the reasons I don't wear hijab) So I was thinking about this and realized I must have a fear of not being able to breathe or of being strangled. I wonder why I have this fear? hmmm... Very random thought.

So nothing is going on that's too much out of the ordinary. Well I guess I better get down to business soon. I hope you all have a good day!

I have the same problem with turtle necks so I wear the "mock" (I think that is what they are called) one that doesn't have to be rolled over.

Nothing really going on today. I need to finish writing a composition project for school (Fugue! Darn Bach!). I just can't wait till this semester is over!
