my husband think that these questions concerning the sponsor, on the contrary i think the mailing adderss and the other information concerning the principal immigrant

Thank you Skiptex , yes zaynab i must admit it's more confusing with the new format , though the questions are the same ,

At first, I thought it was for the petitioner, but then, as I was comparing the new form to the old form, it makes sense that it is for the beneficiary. That's how I filled it out. Just waiting to be able to send it in, then I'll know for sure.

the sponsor sends the 1-864 not the beneficiary the one that files the petition for the beneficiary has to prove that the petitioner can support the beneficiary download 1-864p. read the guides

Not sure why you are confused. The questions you ask are under Part 2 - Information on intending immigrant, i.e., the beneficiary.

Under each part, requested information is re-numbered from 1. Sponsor mailing address is in part 4.

How about the A# in Question 6? It's premature to have A# for the immigrant, Although the NOA2 does mention a number assigned to the immigrant starting with A (which could very well be the A# once visa granted), I am assuming this is not something that should be filled in for Question 6 in a IR1/CR1 I-130 case. Any input?
