this is really really sad. i dont even see a way out of this unless u reconcile, i think may b marriage councelling or something of similar. but u need the expert, get a lawyer but am having a feeling theres no way out, but u ver know. i once had about a guy who married and was granted 2yrs GC and then the wife wants divorce, he was able to get a lawyer. he did suffered a lot of abuse from the wife and i think he was able to renew for his 2yrs and was granted 10yrs, it took a while but luckyly for him, there were plenty police report to back up his story. but please talk to a lawyer and i believe a serious councelling can still bring the relationship back to life.

Be patient and check to see if it's something Deeper than what it actually is. Some women when they get pregnant and the hormones is quicking they are not necesarrly that Dovey Dovey. How was her attitude before the baby, does she get like that at times, or is it something now that's constantly happening, but whatever the situation only you know her best.

It's a new change for her, both being together as far as getting adjusted to each other's personality then the baby hit, so it can be too much for her emotionaly, if both of you can see a therapist or even talking to her OB at her next appt to figure what's putting her so far out of her character, from there only you know what to do. You can get some legal advice from a lawyer.

Gone but not Forgotten!

All Please trust me for this. It's my child and I still lives with her. We are going to docs appointments together.

The real problem is that she don't want to be mine obligatory for I-864. She said that she hold the divorce also if there is any other way that I can stay here legal.

Please advise me for this how it's possible ? One of my friend is ready to sign one for me.

No it's not. She will ALWAYS be the primary sponsor and ALWAYS the one they come after first for repayments etc.

It's pretty telling that she doesn't trust you otherwise she'd have no problem with it. I wouldn't sign it as a friend, but as a spouse/for a spouse I would.

So again it means I am finished... I can't go to court for it ? I am gonna loose my child and all...

Some of the loan I got from my home country and others from friends which they transferred into her account or by western union and other similer ways. I have all the proofs. She paid her bills from my credit cards including her taxes.

I talked to one if the attorney and they said i may have some possibilities. It's not a fraud, she is also trying to get some money from friends or family or a co signer for loan. But yet no postive news.

Is that I am really ###### up or I still have some hope ??? Do I have any parental rights or not ???

All the money is in her account through Western Union? This is NOT good my friend! I think she pulled a fast one on you. You need a DNA test. This baby may not be yours but someone elses that you could be paying for. This whole things should real shady!!!

I am scared now if she is gonna to police against me??? She is throwing things on me and getting angry too much too fast. She just want me to leave as soon as possible... What she says every time I try to talk to her.

I don't know the laws here so I am just scared if she is gonna make any false statement to the police ???

She could, it wouldn't be the first time someone has done something like that. It's very wrong, I don't agree with it, but as she's pregnant she's also hormonal and that puts you at risk.

Honestly she doesn't want to proceed so your only choice is to leave. Like I said, before your visa expires so you can still visit your child after it's born.

She may come to her senses a few months from now, or a year from now, but if she does, I suggest you fly to the US (or while she's visiting you) get married, and file for a CR-1 visa. Then you're not stuck in the US at her mercy waiting for the GC, you're back in your country and safe from her outbursts. In this case you also need her sponsorship and she's already demonstrated she doesn't trust you.

Your other choice is to try and enter the US on a student visa, or work visa. That will give you a chance to live here legally and be around your child. A work visa can also lead to a GC (if your work sponsors it) so she won't be on the hook financially.

Right now though, you don't have any avenues to stay, she doesn't WANT you to stay and she's volatile and hormonal. I suggest you leave asap.

I got my DL and state ID. But other than that I have nothing. Case is pending still. My I-94 will also expire next month. I have no problem to go back to my country as I can start my life again. But there are some things bothers me:

1. She made all the promises to me to get married and all so I trusted and merried her.

2. I am staying here on her trust, which I never planed to.

3. I love her too much, but going to lost that and my wife too.

4. She is pregnant and baby is on board, if I will go back cant arise my child.

5. I may will lost my 10 years visa because I am conditional now.

6. I borrowed the money and spend on her, which I never can pay back.

Many other things but all the lose is to me just because she just want to move on ????

Please advice me what to do next ?

In that case IMHO the best thing you can do is go back home before your I-94 expires. If you overstay you may not be able to get another visa to return and visit your child. Although your situation is sad, there are many who like you, married a US citizen only to find out they were marrying the wrong person.

Cut your loses, go back home, get your life back and find a way to repay those who lent you money.

Good luck, whatever your decision.

Hello All,

As per your advice, my confusion, complication and hurt I came back to India in May 20.

There is no contact with her. She is kind of underground now. I visited New Delhi US embassy and they said they can't help anything but they have canceled my 10 years visa.

My landlord sent me the USCIS letters saying that she withdraw her I-130 but your b-2 visa conditions will remain same. Even before leaving US I called USCIS and they assured me that my visa will not be revoked if I can return before my I-94 expires. I don't understand then why they have canceled it here now.

I don't know if still she is carrying the baby or aborted it ? How can I file a divorce from India?

I have millions questions in a broken and painful heart. Please advise me...

It's weird but I still don't hate her... !!!

uscis is not the DoS.

It's the DoS that cancelled your tourist visa.

Jim did cover most over in post #10 - I guess we were waiting to hear back from you on the consult with a divorce attorney.

It's interesting that you went to the US Embassy , though - now you have no path to get into the USA for anything.
