I am lost trying to get started. I married a Chinese woman; she has her green card and has been here two years. We would like to sponsor her son, daughter-in-law, and grand daughter for immigration to the U.S. Do I begin with the I-130 or the DS-230 or another form? Any help would be most appreciated.

LPRs cannot petition married children. http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1306.html

If your wife becomes a US Citizen then she can petition them in F3 category.

AOS for my husband

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

You cannot petition for them.

Your wife can petition for her son after she becomes a US citizen. The petition for her son will include his family. It will take 10-12 years.

Form I-130 is where you start. Form DS-230 will not be needed for another decade. Read the guide for a US citizen petitioning a married son.
