Hi guys i need your advice on this so worried and confuse about what to do!

Last March i went to Siam Legal ( i know now they not so good ) for my k1 bad mistake..they sent off

K1 package april 23 and i still not receive any receipt. I called USCIS and they not even have me in their system!

I called Siam Legal and they say the cheque is being processed...should i continue to wait or should i tell them

to cancel whole petition and do myself....i am going crazy waiting and wasting time with these guys

sorry i ever use them

hope to get some ideas

Unfortunately, since you signed the G-28, they are your legal representatives now. Your best bet is to keep on them. Ask them for evidence of when the package was sent. Tracking numbers etc. Just tell them you would merely like to track the progress of your case. Stay on them.

Thanks for reply!

I did ask them for tracking number.. they not getting back to me

Can i call USCIS and explain what is happening?

Calling USCIS is probably a waste of time since they have no record of the petition. Even if they did, they wouldn't be much help. At this point your best bet is to keep pushing Siam Legal. Someone else posted in this thread that they had good experience with them. So who knows.

Apologies for the brevity of the prior inquiries, from me,

but

Do you have any news of the tracking number?

IMO - when a company overseas sends something to USCIS without a tracking number of any shipper (DHL, UPS, EMS, etc) then that's one thing that smells. Dig a little deeper, and you may find other things that smell.

IMO, having/not having a tracking # is a MAJOR fork in the decision tree for 'whats next' for you to do.

When you received an invoice from them, were there any itemized things, line item details? IF SO - was shipping one of them? If yes, what, in the invoice, was listed in the name of the shipper?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
