Your noa-2 date is 2013-05-08

I suggest waiting 3 weeks, minimum, before contacting NVC about your Consular Casefile Number.

the 8th we got the email. The hard copy arrived a few days later.

wow that was really fast. did NVC received it first on May 11th before you got the hard copy?

ya, once it hits the door at NVC, it's 2 days to 2 weeks turn-around time, depending on queue and size of queue.

You could keep in touch with DoS Hotline now, see what's what.

I DID receive a hard copy from NVC with the BNK number. I guess that was 12 days form NOA 2.

I guess I should start checking with the Embassy. This is the number on the Embassy page, but the formatting seems odd to me. Shouldn't there be a 66 in there at the beginning?
