My wife got the I130 petition approved a week before her coming I paid the $165.00 I got a letter today stating we have placed it on suspense it in suspense pending a decision on the fee.

I went on the website since it a Saturday to check case status and states the following:

On May 10, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

What do I do next if I get the green card, what's next? it there a short cut guide like lings for the I130 process for the green card restrictions removing and resident application?

I already received the social security card.
