I-130 need to bring my daughter help please

I sent my application on October 22 of 2012 for my Adopted daughter, is almost 7 months and still have nothing, week ago I got a letter saying my application was adjudicated to USCIS of Washington and I do not know what that means,and I am so desperate because I am living outside of USA Because I have nobody who can take care my daughter and I lost my job and all my savings are gone, do not know what else I can do. Any advice?

No, I did not put in my petition,but I sent a letter on April 14 explaining, because when I called to immigration on April 12 they told me to sent the letter to NBC explaining my situation.

so

either it's the i-130 was approved or

they weren't able to finish the adjudication and are asking for more evidence.

If you won't scan the letter and obfuscate the biodata, would you at least type the body of the letter here?

I suggest you call USCIS NOW, they are open, use a telephone, and inquire for casefile status with a CSR.

If it's approved, ask if the casefile was sent to NVC or NRC.

If you not hear 'approved'

then call back on Monday, ask for an ISO , and go over the status stuff.
