Anticipating Packet 3

We've got all docs ready for the interview. Police report should be sent to my fiance this week (40 day mark). We decided it would be best for him to download all forms and prepare them from the consulate website so that he can send them off as soon as he receives the packet.

The US Embassy website in London says:

The fiancé(e) visa packet consists of a biographic data form DS-230-I Part I, form DS-156 (in duplicate), form DS-156K, form DS-157 (males aged 16 to 45 only), form DS-2000 and a document checklist, form IV-15.

I've got a question for those that have already received and sent back their packet 3.

What does the checklist look like?

According to the embassy site, this is the checklist IV-15 required for the K1 visa:

We've prepared the listed documents, but where does he sign?

If the checklist is indeed different than the one in the link, can you please be so kind as to describe what it looks like, or better yet, provide a link to an example?

I don't think the IV-15 equates to the DS-2001. Does it?

I received packet 3 yesterday.

the checklist is basically 4 pages, informing you of the documentation required with ickle boxes to tick.

There is a section to sign and date following the checklist so dont worry.

I didnt receive any forms, just the address of where to complete them online and download.

Its all pretty clear, the best bet is to get all documents ready, as you have done.

Im still waiting for tax transcripts, but it sounds like your sorted.
