Only 5 months ! We were just talking about it tonight too ! My fiancee got it to use as an id for passport . There is the April and May payment for the SSS ID . She already has it can she just go for the passport and not pay that fee ? She is leaving in a few months anyway . What do you think ? To me just seems a waste of money to continue to pay for nothing . 620p 310p a month seem right ?

Its her option if she doesnt want to pay for the monthly contribution. If she's not working then she is considered voluntary payer. No worries.

When i was employed, there's an automatic deduction on my salary that goes to SSS. But at the time i stopped and decided to take another course, i also stopped paying the monthly contribution because i need to go to payment centers/SSS facility for it. Though i did pay few times as voluntary payer.
