May Filers who were not transferred from NBC, is there a common reason. Did you file from abroad? Did you File more than one petition? . For me I filed from abroad and filed more than one Petition.

PD is May 14th and not transferred yet.

We failed from military base out side of the states. We only filedI-130. We changed our address one time.

Getting worried now...

The purpose of a real timeline is to build up statistics data for more accurate approval estimates. So it would really help other members if more people filled theirs in.

Our Priority Date is May 31st; filed one petition from abroad I-130; not transferred yet; just changed address 23 Dec. Sitting on pins and needles now.

11/06/2014: Interview - APPROVED!!

11/13/2014: Pick up Visa

Well I wrote this yesterday then woke up this beautiful Christmas Morning to find that on 12/24, I was transferred! What a wonderful morning and Bless the employees for working on Christmas Eve! Lets hope the rest of the journey is blessed as well!

On December 24, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Transferred to CSC on Dec 17th

For those that filed from abroad like myself: very few of us seem to have been transferred, but this probably means we never will be, it'll just be processed at the NBC instead - so the next notice we get will either be a RFE or a decision. As the process at USCIS is very opaque, there is no evidence to suggest that our processing will take any longer on average than anyone else, in fact it could be faster. Keep the faith, and if you see any movement, let the rest of us know. Reading these forums and knowing approvals are happening is what keeps us going.

I-130 STAGE

30th Dec 2013- Transferred to TSC
13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

NVC STAGE

28th Mar 14 Case received at NVC
28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:
