you came here just to tell us that you have been approved.

congratulations!

create a timeline, at least, please.

Whow, that is a sour response! My last activity on this forum indeed dates from August but since then there has been very little to report from my side. nevertheless, all the best to you.

After filling out the spreadsheet, I feel even more depressed... It seems the vast majority have already been transferred, while a few of us in mid May are still twirling our thumbs. I just wish this stuff made sense... The hardest part is that none of the order or flow seems fair. Weren't there stories of late fall and February being approved just a few weeks ago?

Perhaps we could sort and color code the May spreadsheet by NOA1 dates like the April one? I don't know who originally created the May spreadsheet, but I'll happily reorganize it as long as I have permission.

05/28/2013: NOA1
12/09/2013: Transfer email "to another office"
12/10/2013: Transfer email "to your local USCIS Office"
01/29/2014: NOA2
02/07/2014: AOS paid
03/02/2014: IV paid
03/07/2014: IV received by NVC (no checklist)
03/14/2014: DS-260 submitted
03/12/2014: AOS received by NVC
03/26/2014: False checklist

The timeline entry page does not provide the option to state that the case was transferred to my local field office.

What concerns me is that it will now sit in Hartford for another 6 months.

At least it is moving I suppose...

because they are not transferring to any place other than NSC, TSC or CSC. Spend some time going back over the March and April threads. You will see that you will get 2-4 messages stating you were being transferred to another office and a local office. That is false. Your hard copy will confirm the resting place of your file.

I think there is a MAY spreadsheet already. Maybe someone will post the link.

I got my third transfer notice a couple of days ago.

I also received the hardcopy transfer stating that my case was transferred to California Service Cernter.

I wonder how long it will take to be processes!! Anyone got it to the same place?

My understanding from reading threads on VJ is that CSC is the fastest of the 3 - congrats.

Thank you :) I hope for everyone's case to be processed soon too.

Are there any links to the previous month's spreadsheets so I can look up the avarage rate of a time to approvals through CSC?

YEAH I have been approved!

Post Decision Activity

On December 13, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

To keep the stats accurate: our case was expedited and it hadn't yet been transferred to a local office. I'm in the Netherlands and my husband and 2 kids are in the US. PD = May 7

Good luck to you all!

o_o >_<

Congrats! Can you please explain about your expedite?

CSC is super quick in comparison to any other service center. Seems like most of them are going through in just a few weeks... I'll see if I can find those spreadsheets for you.
