hmm...so something odd. I have been going through some MSC numbers + or minus mine by a few digits just to see where I am in line.

Just today, MSC numbers behind me by 3 or 4 were transferred. Also, MSC numbers ahead of me by 1 or 2 were also transferred today. So I wonder why mine was skipped. These were all May 14th filers for fiancé/spouse, and I'm sure they weren't expedited because if they were, they would have been transferred a while back.

Not to add to the conspiracy theory, but what are the chances of this happening be because of 'living abroad?"

You think this is something to be concerned about?

In the PAST those of us living abroad had our petitions kept at NBC but those living apart were transferred to a local office. IF this is the case, hopefully it will mean ours is a little closer to being reviewed even at NBC. I am abroad right now but heading back to USA mid-Jan. I'm not sure how that will affect my petition. Best of luck in getting NOA2 soon!

Hello!

My husband and I received our first transfer notice yesterday stating that we were send to "our local USCIS office". Our PD is May 14th.

I thought we would first received the message "transfer to another office". I did some researches and saw that other members skipped that email too.

Does anyone has an explanation about why some people don't received what seems to be the official first email?

Some people seem to get 3 emails (I did) and some people don't. I know know what the explanation is for this aside from inconsistencies within the organization.

It's just some update. We will received 2 other message and the hard copy will tell u where u file has been sent to. It can be Nebraska , California , Vermont or Texas . Then u will be situated about where they sent your application then the last one will be your approval or RFE if they need more evidence, just cross your finger. We are all on the same boat. But they are working on May filers cases at the moment. The light at the end of the tunel is close. The good part about is that the letter says that you will get an answer within 60 days so , u are getting closer . I hope that will help u little bit

Thank you all for adding your case timeline to the spreadsheet. Your case update on "May Spreadsheet" helps May filers get an idea about how far USCIS reached in progress.

If you haven't added your information, please do.

Nothing here either sad.png but I guess they can't transfer us to a local office since we are abroad.

We were transferred as well (PD May 13th). It will take a couple of weeks for the notice to get to Finland, if it ever does get here, so will maybe know more then.

IR1 took 520 days....
