Checked the status and saw this today. Now what? We never got any mail or email this time -- just 3 separate updates on the site and then this notice today. Does this equal our NOA2? I am in Hong Kong and my wife is from the Philippines if it matters. Thanks. Best wishes to everyone.

Post Decision Activity

On December 7, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Certainly sounds like nao2 to me! Congrats. I'm in hk also, but still no word on mine.

For the 130 filers for May, can you guys tell me if you are currently separated from your spouses or are some of you together in another country? Just wondering if it makes a difference on when/if your file gets transferred. Thanks and congrats to those that have movement!

Didn't get transferred till now , we are apart.

Thank you all for adding your case timeline to the spreadsheet. Your case update on "May Spreadsheet" helps May filers get an idea about how far USCIS reached in progress.

Got the hardcopy today too and we were transferred to Nebraska as well. I assumed we would go to California since I live in California, but I guess that's not the case. The letter also included a supplemental page to the transfer notice saying that if you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from the service center within 60 days to call customer service or submit an inquiry. At least they put some kind of timeframe on it this time.

How many times did you get transfer? And when?

This is the first message. I know I should expect the next two messages soon. I still need to hear about the "local" transfer then the other transfer message without the date on it, which will possibly be the next couple of days.
