Thank you for the replies...the reason I ask is that in the past, I believe they have said couples living abroad together 's I130 will stay at NBC but if you are separated where the USC lives in the USA and the spouse abroad, then the I130's are transferred to their local Service center so I was just trying to confirm if this the what is happening...

My I130 has been transferred as of 12/5/13 to "my local office" I am here in the USA my husband is abroad. Still waiting for the hard copy to find out where it was actually sent....Hoping that it says California :)

I went to this link: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&officelocator.office_type=SC and at the very bottom of the page typed in my husbands ZIP Code. It gave me Nebraska Service Center. My guess would be that this is the center our application went to. smile.png. Will see how accurate it is, after we get the paper notification.

Well looks like based on your assumption both of ours will be sent to Nebraska. I was hoping for California since they are processing pretty fast ;)

Can you please fill your timeline

I 130 May 6th send

I 30 May 8th NOA 1

May 14, send a request to check on my hubby middle name.. I thought they omitted my hubby's middle name

Sep 18th- Update on the name change

Dec 4- your case has been transferred

Dec 5th- your case is transferred to a local office

Dec 6th- Your case is now being processed.

God willing next message will be "your case is approved" lol....
