The purpose of a real timeline is to build up statistics data for more accurate approval estimates. So it would really help other members if more people filled theirs in.

I got this today. On December 4, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I 130 send May 6th

NOA 1 on May 8th

Sep 18, update on the name

Dec 4th, file transferred

I got this today. What's your receipt number? it is nice to see they started transferring may filers.

My receipt number started with MSC.. which means it was at National Benefit Center. Im not sure where it is transferred to but I m thinking that info will be in the hard copy send in mail. USCIS Website doesn't say where it is transferred to.

NOA 1- 31st July 2013

Case Transferred to CSC - 21st January 2014

NOA 2 - 31st January 2014

NVC Received - 12th February 2014

Case number, IIN, BIN Received - 21st March 2014

DS-261 Submitted - 23rd March 2014

AOS Bill Paid - 27th March 2014

E-mailed NVC to Change the Consulate of Beneficiary - 31st March 2014

IV Bill Paid - 5th April 2014

AOS Package Submitted - 7th April 2014

DS - 260 Available - 8th April 2014

Waiting for the reply from NVC before going any further :(

AOS Approved - 3rd June 2014

New Case Number Assigned - 7th June 2014

NVC Received IV Docs - 17th June 2014

My case starts with MSC.. It was sent to California and my NOA1 says Overland Park.

I'm assuming that the NBC has many offices and Overland Park is one of them. OR maybe all service centers have NBC branch offices next door to them. However, my last concern is that I'm wondering if my case will be transferred, if Overland Park is currently transferring cases, Or it will be processed right away because it was originally sent to CSC. I'm confused rolleyes.gifblush.png

Yes. My I130 which was at Overland Park since May 24 got transferred on Dec4 (still do not know which service center)

Just wondering whether Overland Park is another transit facility. What happened to all the officers who were supposed to adjudicate I130 from October 1?

Have no idea but looks like they're not going to keep the petitions piled up at Overland Park anymore which honestly to me, sounds like good news :) I hope you all get approved super fast so that us July filers can feel better :P

I still haven't had anything change on mine since May when I got my noa1... I am starting to worry.

Same here (May 16th) mine hasn’t been transferred or anything. The stress level is going thru the roof. Haven’t been able to sleep for 2 weeks now. Had a horrible Thanksgiving - and now Christmas is right around the corner and I have to spend it without my wife and kids. It really is criminal to keep families separated like this.

Overland Park is probably one of the worst offices when it comes to a pending case. You are lucky they transferred your case. My case's PD is May 14th and not even touched yet.
